I did another lot with the same rules as the prior lot that I uploaded. This one was a little more tricky, but still all in all a decent remodel to the previous one we got in game. It still is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. It sits on 28 Sim Lane on a 40 x 30 lot. It is fully furnished, and totals to §76,185
