155 Oak Street

155 Oak Street is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Perfect for your family to be starting out. I used most if all of the packs.

3184 Anita's Place

I made this lot for Anita who is in a simming group that I am  in on Facebook. It was based off a floor plan that she wanted us to build for her. I hope you enjoy it Anita, this is for you. ♥

Spring Sims Shell Challenge

A couple weeks ago Spring Sims posted a challenge via Twitter. He gave us a shell and we were supposed to create a home for our simmies to live in. The rules are as followed:

1. Don't change any of the existing walls or add new exterior walls.

2.You can change the wall heights.

3.You can add interior walls to create a floor plan.

4. You can add fences, foundations and flooring etc on the outside are allowed.

5. Can be place or moved on any lot.

6. No Custom Content in your builds.

This is what I came up with. Enjoy!!

Forest Hideaway

Forest Hideaway is a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath cabin. It has all of your sims modern needs so that it's like a home away from home. The lot is fully furnished with a traditional style with some modern flare. It requires all the sim packs and needs moveobjects on so that nothing is deleted.
