Fairchild Manor

I created this lot as a challenge for AvelineYT Shell #5 Challenge. The rules were not to create any existing rooms outside of the base lot. You could add garages, basements, and attics, but nothing could be added to what already existed on the outside lot that was given to you. Fairchild Manor is 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. It is the standard Victorian that you would see in Windenburg, but with a dark secret. Inspired by watching Hocus Pocus, and the fairytale Hansel and Gretel.

Delaney Manor

Delaney Manor is a 4 bedroom, two bath Victorian Home. To the outside world it is a beautiful home that could use some restoration to exterior, but inside it is beautiful with a dark secret in the depths of the basement. I used a variety of the packs, but mainly the Vampire Stuff pack. I really enjoyed playing around with this lot. It sits on a 30 x 30 lot, and is fully furnished valuing at §345,229 Enjoy!!

210 Wright Way

I have always loved this lot in Sims 2, and decided it would be a fun challenge to recreate in Sims 4. The lot is a 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home. I made some minor changes from the original to better suit the needs of a large family. I closed off the one room in the 3rd floor to make that into a master bedroom suite. The home already had two sitting areas that were quite large, so I didn't see a need for a third. I also changed the siding on the exterior, as the white was just to blah in this game. I think the blue looks rather nice, and a lovely touch to the home. As for the rest, it is as close to the original as possible. The lot is fully furnished, sits on a 40 x 30 lot, and values at §267,528

105 Sim Lane

I know it has been an extremely long time since I updated. I really haven't been into playing Sims this summer. I have a lot going on the home front, and playing sims was put on the back burner. Plus with as frequent as they push stuff packs, I haven't really been able to financially keep up. :(

Today I bring to you 105 Sim Lane. I really loved this house in Sims 2, and always had fun putting my take on this home. I did follow the floor plan to the t, but when it came to trying to decorate it the rooms were to small, and it just wasn't working. I added a twist to it that gives it the feel of the original, but a more open floor plan to accommodate the style and play of the Sims 4.

The home sits on a 30 x 20 lot is fully furnished and values you at §159,126
