Fairchild Manor

I created this lot as a challenge for AvelineYT Shell #5 Challenge. The rules were not to create any existing rooms outside of the base lot. You could add garages, basements, and attics, but nothing could be added to what already existed on the outside lot that was given to you. Fairchild Manor is 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. It is the standard Victorian that you would see in Windenburg, but with a dark secret. Inspired by watching Hocus Pocus, and the fairytale Hansel and Gretel.

Vamp Manor

The way I decided to name this lot is actually kinda funny. While in the process of planting the garden for my little vampire, me being the impatient person that I am kinda killed her from being in the sun to long, and she kinda burned up. Oops LOL, so that it is why I named the lot after her. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Victorian home, that is full furnished. It could need a little TLC, but in the spirit of Halloween I made it run down and in need of some work.

Fairchild Manor

Fairchild Manor is a Haunted House that ready for the Halloween Season. The lot is owned by Catherine Fairchild, a vampire who comes out during the month of October in preparation for Halloween to feed upon the children who dare come to her house on the eventful night. It is 4 bedroom 3 baths, and is fully furnished.

Goth Manor 2016

I remodeled the original Goth lot for Sims 4. It has the same charm, but with a more practical layout. It still is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The home is completely furnished and values at §244,385.  Enjoy!!
