Here is another remodel from Sims 2 into Sims 4. I always loved the Pleasant's home. I also enjoyed remodeling it in 2 as well. It is the basic structure of the Pleasant's home, but with my decor touch. It is still the 3 bed, 2.5 bath, and has the big beautiful pool in the backyard. The home sits on a 40 x 30 lot, is fully furnished and values at §177,122.
