La Cabine Brun sits on 68 Rachelle Lane. It was a a pre-made lot that I gave a slight face lift too. Not much as the basis of the house wasn't to bad. I just made the upstairs slightly bigger to make it more family oriented. It currently now has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The lot is is §86,111 and fully furnished.
