The Harris Ranch was inspired by a dear friend of mine who created a Cowboy family. She needed a house, and I decided I'd make one for her. The lot is fully furnished, and totals to §162,364. It sits on a 40 x 50 lot on 305 Sweetapple Ridge Way in Appaloosa Plains. I hope you enjoy this lot as much as I did making it.
