The Beachside Bungalow is for the Island Paradise Contest on Simomania. We had to build a starter beach lot. We had an option of a single bedroom for §16,500 or a 2 bedroom for §18,000. Here is what I came up with.
I did a single bedroom open floor plan starter home with calm soothing colors. It is right on the beach, and vacation ready. Total value of §14,829 fully furnished. It is on a 20x15 sized lot. Enjoy!!
